How to start work with HR Motives Group?

Fill in our contact form. Our recruitment specialist will get in touch with you ASAP.

Prepare all the needed documents. Check the list of required documents below.

If you have a Visa:

  • A photo or a scan of your visa
  • A photo or a scan of your passport with stamps
  • Application for a temporary residence permit with a confirmation of sending (from Poczta Polska)
  • Current or last contract with a work permit attached to the contract
  • Case number at the Urząd Wojewódzki
  • Work completion date: DD-MM-YYYY

If you have a Visa and TRC:

  • A photo or a scan of your passport with stamps
  • Scan of the TRC decision
  • 2-sided scan of the residence card
  • Work completion date: DD-MM-YYYY
  • Current or last work contract
  • Current or last TRC decision
  • Did you inform the Voivode about the end of work within 15 working days? If so, we need confirmation.
